Happy Sunday, gang!

I hope that you all have had a great weekend so far! The weekend is indeed almost over, but thank goodness tomorrow is Columbus Day ( and Thanksgiving Day for our Canadian friends), so I think that a lot of people will have the day off! Woohoo!

I am sure that you all have pretty much worn out your copies of My December by now ( I know that mine is on constant repeat! LOL), so I would like to know what your favorite song is, and why? I am keen to Never Again, Sober, and One Minute. I love all of her stuff, though, so I am not trying to make favorites in the least bit! LOL

Speaking of songs from her My December album, have you all checked out her “Don’t Waste My Time” video? I found it on YouTube (it wasn’t hard to find at all!) and wanted to share it with all of you. Enjoy!

I LOVE the video…I love her in that dress! Of course, she is a total knock out, no matter what! And yes, it is very Evanescence, as someone commented on YouTube…well, that is because the producer that has worked with Evanescence has worked with Kelly in the past on her Breakaway album, and I think that it has trickled into the music videos that we are seeing now!

Also, if you are a frequent reader of this blog, and of course, you’re a fan of Kelly’s, you’ll know that her concerts are so close to starting! As I mentioned on this blog, the first concert is THIS WEDNESDAY, October 10, in Verona, NY at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. If you are in the area, there may still be some last minute tickets that you can pick up, so make sure that you do!

I hope that your week has been going well! As I mentioned on Tuesday’s blog, this month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Did you all know that our girl Kelly is working with Ford for the Warrior’s in Pink program? Didja didja? Well, she is! If you go to the Ford website, you can check out the video of Kelly supporting the Ford Warrior in Pink program! Here’s a cute picture of the Ford Warrior in Pink logo shirt from their Ford website page!

If you go to their website, you can see a great video of Kelly sporting the shirt, as well as a short clip of her talking! She ROCKS the shirt out, people! Kelly is back in the United States after promoting her My December tour in Australia! She is only getting a short amount of time to recoup before she is out on the road touring! I hope that everyone has purchased a ticket to see our girl! The first concert date is set for October 10, in Verona, NY at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. For those of you that are member of Kelly’s fan club, and are going to this show, make sure that you check out her website to see how you can have the opportunity to win meet and greet passes to see Kelly backstage! How cool would that be??

Happy Wednesday/Hump Day, everyone!

It seems as though Kelly has been all over the map in Australia, jet setting from here to there and performing “ Never Again ” on all of the local television stations as well as conducting some talk show sessions. How DOES she do it all? LOL

I don’t know about you all, but I can not wait until the next season of American Idol ! I am not sure if each season gets a little bit better than the season before, or perhaps it is the strange factor ( think: William Hung) that intrigues me, but I am GLUED to American Idol when it is on! I have even hooked others to the show, too! Of course, not one can top our gal, Kelly, so they can have away at trying to be “the” American Idol, but no one comes close to her! All I can say is that I thank God on a daily basis that Kelly was on that show and won! What would we do without her burning up the radio charts? LOL For those of you that are American Idol junkies like I am, make sure that you stop by my fellow blogger’s blog here on the 451 Press circuit! Reed Dunn does a great job keeping all of us informed on the latest American Idol information over on his American Idol blog!! Also, take note of the new link in the sidebar to the right for his blog!

I would also like to send a very special “thank you” to those of you who heard my calling for donations for the Down’s Syndrome Buddy Walk, as posted on this blog last week. My friend and her son’s team had a set goal of raising $7,500. Well, gang, they shot right past that, and raised $8,000! I am so happy and proud of Team Alex! Go Team Alex, Go!

The (2008) March dates will be Kelly’s first time on stage in Australia since her successful tour of 2005. “My December is a journal of my last two years. The songs go from emotional ballads to fun rockers. I can’t wait to perform them live for all my fans in Australia,” Kelly says.”

Log-in to KellyClarkson.com and visit the Fan Club page to retrieve your Ticketmaster passcode before the ticket presale begins. Your passcode will allow you to access the ticket
purchase page at your designated time. (See below for info on the date/time you can purchase.)

Please note that there is a purchase limit of two tickets per show, with a maximum purchase of four tickets per tour. This limit has been put in to place in order to accommodate more Fan Club members. We appreciate your understanding.

There has been a great deal of effort put forth to accommodate those members who previously purchased tickets, but due to changes in locations and other factors in ticketing, we cannot guarantee ticket availability. Tickets are first-come, first-serve while supplies last.
