Happy Thursday, gang!

We’re well over the hump in the week, and we are cruising into the weekend! Thanks so much to Gigi for participating in yesterday’s topic of which songs you’d like to hear Kelly remix! I thought it was a fun topic, and I appreciate you playing along! There is still time for all of you to join in and give your two cents about which songs you’d love to hear Kelly remix. I am curious to see what you all think!

Today, I wanted to talk about tattoos. As we know, Kelly has two tattoos..a small black cross in the inside of her right wrist, and a flower tattoo on the inside of her ankle. What do you all think of Kelly Clarkson’s tattoos? Personally, I love tattoos, although I do not have any. I think that my problem is that I like too many things that I could never decide on just one set thing for a tattoo. Plus, I’d hate to get something and then regret it later on down the road.

In August of last year, I was lucky enough to interview Kat Von D ( who was once on TLC’s “Miami Ink”, but now has her own show, “LA Ink“). She really opened my eyes to the tattooing industry, and I truly have a much deeper appreciation for the art. I think that Kelly’s tattoos are simple, and are obviously of great importance to her. I am thinking that her flower tattoo is in reference to her “Sober” song, where she says ” I’ve picked the weeds, but kept the flowers”. Perhaps I am overanalyzing this one, but you never know…I could be right!

So, I’d like to hear what you all think about tattoos and Kelly’s tattoos. I’ve told you my stance, now let’s hear yours!
